At Field Good, we focus on high-quality plant-based protein. Depending on the product, we mix soya, peas and wheat in our recipes to conjure up the ultimate enjoyment of meat-like products.
The ingredients also contain everything you need for a balanced diet: fibre, protein and many other important nutrients. And the best thing about it? All our products contain zero flavour enhancers and artificial preservatives and colourings.

PLANT-TEC for the perfect meat substitute

Developing such a plant-tastic meat alternative was no easy task! Our team of hundreds of researchers and employees at the Food Research and Development Centre gave it their all. It took more than 2 years and 2,000 experiments to find the perfect recipe.
We not only paid attention to flavour, but also to nutritional values. Our research centre, which always has its finger on the pulse, also ensures that our food is produced with optimum recipes and nutritional values and is as fresh as possible.
The “PLANT-TEC” innovation technology also helps us to drive our research and development forward. This allows us to make plant-based ingredients taste as if they were real meat.

Blast freezing for freshness!

Blast freezing is the ultimate freshness magic trick! When food is shock frozen at an icy -40 C° in a very short time, it retains its nutritional value and flavour as if it had just been freshly harvested.
Why is this so? Shock freezing forms small ice crystals that do not damage the cell structure. In comparison to household freezing, large ice crystals are formed which damage the cell structures. Shock freezing preserves vitamins, minerals, flavour and texture. Cell metabolism is halted, microorganisms cannot multiply and frozen food remains hygienic and long-lasting. In short: blast freezing is not only really cool, it also preserves freshness, flavour and nutrients!
