preparation
Remove from the freezer and place in the microwave:
- Remove outer packaging..
- Place the lid loosely on the bowl to allow the steam to escape when heating.
- Heat the frozen dish at 800 watts* for 4 minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir the curry well. Put the lid back on loosely and heat for a further 1-2 minutes at 800 watts.
- Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave, stir the curry and enjoy.
*The heating time may vary depending on the power (watts) and model of the microwave.
