Wash the vegetables and lettuce, cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes into thin slices.

Halve the red cabbage and remove the stalk, then cut it into thin strips. Put the red cabbage in a bowl and mix well with the juice of a lime, a little lime zest, teriyaki sauce, a little grated ginger to taste and a pinch of salt.
