Water, wheat gluten 10,5%, soya protein isolate 10%, defatted soya flour, fully redefined soya bean oil, sugar, salt, emulsifier: lecithine (soya).

preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry over a medium heat for approx. 6 minutes.
