Textured pea protein 27 % (water, pea protein 8%, rapseed oil, thickener: E404; citrus fibres, flavouring), wheat flour, water, fully refined soybean oil, wheat gluten, rice flour, pea starch, salt, thickener: E461; spices, yeast extract, spice extract, raising agents: E450, E500; heat fibres, sugar, herbs, modified maize starch, yeast.

preparation

Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Place the frozen Vegan Tenders on a baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes.

Hot air fryer: Bake the frozen Vegan Tenders at 180°C for approx. 14-16 minutes.

Pan: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry over a medium heat for approx. 8-10 minutes, flipping several times, until golden brown.
