  2. Peel the fresh ginger for the dressing and grate it finely. Then mix it with the other ingredients. Add the cabbage, spring onions, chilli pepper and coriander to the dressing and stir everything together well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Prepare the Field Good Vegan Strips according to the pack instructions.

  4. Halve the avocados for the guacamole and remove the stone. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon, cut it into small pieces and mash it into a coarse mixture. Cut the tomato into small cubes and add to the mixture. Then press in the garlic and season with salt, pepper and lime juice.

  5. Finally, fill the tacos with guacamole, coleslaw and Field Good Vegan Strips as desired and enjoy!
