Couscous bowl with vegetables and pomegranate seeds

Zubereitung:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan. Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season them with cumin and salt and cook them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are nice and tender.
